The process

How it works
at your party.

Three steps, run by our attendant. You don’t need to brief your guests.

We arrive early and set up

We arrive at least 30 minutes before your drawing time starts, set up our table, robots and photo tablet, and test everything. We bring our own internet hotspot, so no venue WiFi is needed.

Guests step in whenever they like

Guests join at any point during your booked drawing time; our attendant guides them through the process and manages the flow.

3
Colleagues take their drawing home

The finished portrait is handed to the guest to keep. Digital copies can be arranged before the event (price on request). We pack down in about 20 minutes afterwards.

Guests choose a realistic line portrait or a caricature, in a simple or detailed version. Full body, group and pet portraits are available too.

Each portrait is drawn in pen by the robot on a Robo Portraits card (6 × 4 inch, 300 gsm). It’s a drawing, not a print.
