Our team arrives before your event starts and manages everything. We configure both robots, connect to your venue’s WiFi (required for detailed drawing styles), run tests, and are ready before your first guest arrives. Nothing for you to organize or prepare.

Guests step in anytime — no scheduling needed

Each portrait takes 1–5 minutes depending on the style selected. Simpler styles are faster; more detailed portraits take a little longer. Guests can join naturally at any point during the event — our operator guides them through the process and manages the flow so lines don’t back up.

Every guest leaves with original artwork

Each portrait is printed immediately and handed directly to the guest. A physical piece of art they’ll keep — not a lanyard, not a tote bag, not a USB drive with your logo on it. Something they’ll actually put somewhere. We pack down after the event; you won’t notice we were there.
