Check your date
Your team can invite guests to make a donation and handles the donations. We run the robot and create the portraits. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll help plan the setup.
Yes. Your 2 hours of drawing time can be placed around the program, for example during the cocktail reception and after the auction. If the robots pause in between, we’ll build that into your quote. Share your schedule when you send an inquiry and we’ll suggest the best windows.
Yes. Every portrait is drawn on a Robo Portraits card, and custom cards with your design are available as an add-on. Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll include it in your quote.
No. We bring our own internet hotspot, so your venue doesn’t need to provide WiFi.
Guests choose at the tablet: a realistic line portrait, which suits a formal evening, or a playful caricature. Each comes in a simple or detailed version.
We bring a 6-foot table. We need room in front for guests to watch and room behind for our attendant, plus one standard outlet nearby (we bring a 6-plug extension cord). Share your floor plan when you send an inquiry if you’re unsure.
As early as you can, but you can send an inquiry for any date.
Yes. We set up at least 30 minutes before your drawing time, run the station during it and pack down in about 20 minutes. Our attendant guides guests through the portrait process.

Guests choose.

Guests choose a realistic line portrait or a caricature, in a simple or detailed version. Full body, group and pet portraits are available too.

Each portrait is drawn in pen by the robot on a Robo Portraits card (6 × 4 inch, 300 gsm). It’s a drawing, not a print.
