One robot draws about 20 to 40 portraits an hour, depending on the style guests choose. For a big social, add a second or third robot or extra time; we’ll suggest a setup for your attendance.

Check your date

Yes. It doesn’t need a dedicated time slot or a break in the music. During your booked drawing time, guests come and go as they like: it’s an option for anyone who wants a break from the dance floor.

About 1.5 minutes for the simple style and about 2.5 minutes for the detailed style, including the photo. Our attendant keeps things moving.

No. We bring our own internet hotspot, so your venue doesn’t need to provide WiFi.

There’s no per-portrait fee: the limit is how many portraits can be drawn in your booked time. For planning, 2 hours with 1 robot is about 45 portraits, with 2 robots about 90 and with 3 about 130 (more if most guests pick the simple style). Tell us your expected attendance and we’ll suggest a setup.

Yes. Extra time can be added in 30-minute blocks, including drawing late into the night. If you’d like the robots to pause for part of the night, tell us and we’ll build it into your quote.

Yes. Every portrait is drawn on a Robo Portraits card, and custom cards with your design, such as your names and date, are available as an add-on.

Guests choose a realistic line portrait or a caricature, in a simple or detailed version. Full body, group and pet portraits are available too.

Each portrait is drawn in pen by the robot on a Robo Portraits card (6 × 4 inch, 300 gsm). It’s a drawing, not a print.
