What’s the minimum booking?
For birthday parties, the minimum is 2 hours with 1 robot (though 2 robots is the popular choice). For all other event types — corporate, gala, wedding social, grad party — the minimum is 2 hours and 2 robots. Package prices are based on the 2-robot configuration.
How does adding a robot affect the price?
Each additional robot is priced at a lower per-hour rate than the first — so the more robots you add, the better value you get per portrait. The calculator reflects this automatically. Adding a second or third robot significantly increases throughput without a proportional increase in cost.
Is the operator included or an extra charge?
Included — always. Every booking comes with a dedicated on-site operator who handles full setup, runs the system for the event, and packs down at the end. There’s no “self-serve” option and no rental-only pricing.
Do you charge for travel?
Events within Winnipeg have no travel fee. Out-of-market events — including trade shows in the US or other Canadian cities — include a travel component quoted separately. We itemise everything upfront so there are no surprises.
What’s the deposit and payment structure?
50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. No full payment required at booking.
Can I get a custom quote for a larger event?
Yes — for large corporate events, multi-day trade shows, or anything with specific requirements, just fill in the contact form with your event details and we’ll put together a custom proposal within 24 hours.
