Every Robo Portraits package includes 2 hours of drawing time, the robots, an on-site attendant and a 6-foot table. Birthdays start at $799 with 1 robot; weddings, galas and schools start at $1,195 and staff parties at $1,395 with 2 robots, in CAD plus applicable taxes. We confirm availability and expected portrait capacity before you book.

Every package gives you two hours of live entertainment, an activity guests can enjoy together, and a pen-drawn keepsake for every guest drawn. The on-site attendant, the robots and a 6-foot table are included. Same price on Saturdays and in December.

What’s included.
A shorter booking is billed as 2 hours. We arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up and take about 20 minutes to pack down; neither is billed or counted in your drawing time.

You need room for the table, space in front for guests to watch and room behind for us. One standard outlet near the table is enough; we bring a 6-plug extension cord.
For every guest drawn during the booked time: drawn live in pen on a Robo Portraits card (6 × 4 inch, 300 gsm). It’s a drawing, not a print. Custom cards with your design are available as an add-on. Styles: realistic or caricature, simple or detailed, plus full body, groups and pets.
We bring a spare robot to every event, and our own internet hotspot, so your venue doesn’t need to provide WiFi.
Free within Winnipeg and up to 30 km beyond the Perimeter. We serve most of Manitoba; travel further out is included in your quote.

How many portraits?
There’s no per-portrait fee and no set number of portraits. The limit is how many the robots can draw in your booked time. One robot draws about 20 to 40 portraits an hour, depending on the style guests choose.
Planning figures at 22 portraits per robot per hour. Faster if most guests pick the simple style: about 1.5 minutes per portrait, versus about 2.5 minutes for the detailed style. Planning guide: how many robot portraits per hour.
