We arrive at least 30 minutes before your drawing time starts and pack down in about 20 minutes afterwards. The venue needs an agreed spot for our 6-foot table and one standard outlet.

Guests are already mingling and have time to gather and watch while the wedding party takes photos.

Three steps, run by our attendant. Nothing for you to prepare or explain on your wedding day.

We arrive early and set up

We arrive at least 30 minutes before your drawing time starts, set up our table, robots and photo tablet, and test everything. We bring our own internet hotspot, so the venue’s WiFi isn’t needed.

Guests step in during your booked time

Guests join whenever they like. Our attendant guides each one and manages the flow.

3
Guests take home a drawing from your wedding

The finished portrait is handed to the guest to keep. Digital copies can be arranged before the event (price on request). We pack down in about 20 minutes afterwards.

Guests choose a realistic line portrait or a caricature, in a simple or detailed version. Full body, group and pet portraits are available too.

Each portrait is drawn in pen by the robot on a Robo Portraits card (6 × 4 inch, 300 gsm). It’s a drawing, not a print.
