Every package is 2 hours of drawing time with an on-site attendant, the robots, a 6-foot table and a pen-drawn portrait for every guest drawn during that time. Prices are for 1 robot; add a second or third robot below.

Staffing: 1 attendant with 1 or 2 robots, 2 with 3 robots. Trade shows are always a custom quote, and the prices above are starting points.
What’s included.
A shorter booking is billed as 2 hours. We arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up and take about 20 minutes to pack down; neither is billed or counted in your drawing time.
1 attendant with 1 or 2 robots, 2 with 3 robots. An extra attendant is available as an add-on.
You need room for the table, space in front for guests to watch and room behind for us. One standard outlet near the table is enough; we bring a 6-plug extension cord.
For every guest drawn during the booked time: drawn live in pen on 6 × 4 inch, 300 gsm card. It’s a drawing, not a print. Styles: realistic or caricature, simple or detailed, plus full body, groups and pets.
We bring a spare robot to every event, and our own internet hotspot, so your venue doesn’t need to provide WiFi.
Free within Winnipeg and up to 30 km beyond the Perimeter. We serve most of Manitoba; the travel fee below applies further out. Outdoor events are fine if you provide power and a tent or cover over the station.

When a date is both a peak date and a rush booking, the 10% rush fee is calculated on the total including the 15% peak-date fee.

How many portraits?
There’s no per-portrait fee and no set number of portraits. The limit is how many the robots can draw in your booked time. One robot draws about 20 to 40 portraits an hour, depending on the style guests choose.
Planning figures at 22 portraits per robot per hour. Faster if most guests pick the simple style: about 1.5 minutes per portrait, versus about 2.5 minutes for the detailed style.
