Which event types work best?

All of them — but the sweet spots are birthday parties (kids go wild for the Davinci caricature mode), corporate staff parties (the branded print becomes a desk piece), and galas (it can be structured as a live fundraising activity). Trade shows are a different category entirely — the robot is a crowd-formation tool.

How far in advance should I book?

At least 4–6 weeks for birthday parties, and 8–12 weeks for corporate events and galas. November and December holiday parties fill up especially fast. That said, reach out for any date — we’ll always let you know what’s available.

Can I add custom branding to the portraits?

Yes — your logo, event name, date, or a custom frame design can be added to every portrait. Custom branding is a paid add-on, priced at booking. Mention it when you enquire and we’ll include it in your quote.

What’s the deposit and payment structure?

50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. No payment required at booking — deposit is only processed after you’ve confirmed availability and reviewed your event details.

Do you travel outside Winnipeg?

Yes. We service all of Manitoba and travel across Canada and the US for trade shows and large corporate activations. Travel costs are quoted separately and itemized upfront — no surprise charges after the event.
