Every Booking

We bring the robot
and run it.

Everything below is included in every package. Paid options, such as branded cards or extra time, are on the pricing page. All fees are listed there, and your quote shows every line before you book.

On-site attendant
An attendant runs the station and helps guests during your booked drawing time: 1 attendant with 1 or 2 robots, 2 with 3 robots.
A portrait for every guest drawn
Each portrait is drawn in pen by the robot on 6 × 4 inch, 300 gsm card and handed to the guest. It’s a drawing, not a print.
No venue WiFi needed
We bring our own internet hotspot, so your venue doesn’t need to provide WiFi.
A spare robot
We bring a spare robot to every event and swap it in if a robot has a problem.
Setup and pack-down
We arrive at least 30 minutes before your start time and need about 20 minutes to pack down. Neither is billed or counted in your drawing time.
Optional branding (paid add-on)
Your design on the card ($250), branded card stock ($350 for up to 200 cards, $550 for up to 400) or your logo drawn into every portrait ($250).

Which event types work best?
Birthdays, weddings, wedding socials, grads, galas and fundraisers, staff parties and trade shows all have packages. School events, community events, fairs and festivals are a custom quote. If guests can gather around a 6-foot table near an outlet, it can work.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, but you can send an inquiry for any date. Bookings made less than 14 days before the event carry a 10% rush fee, and Saturdays and November 15 to December 31 carry a 15% peak-date fee.
Can I add custom branding to the portraits?
Yes, as a paid add-on: your design on the card ($250), branded card stock ($350 for up to 200 cards, $550 for up to 400) or your logo drawn into every portrait ($250). Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll include it in your quote.
What’s the deposit and payment structure?
Sending an inquiry is free and doesn’t reserve your date. A 50% deposit secures the date, and the balance is due 7 days before your event. If you cancel or change at least 14 days before, we refund 50% of your deposit or reschedule for free; closer than that, we handle it case by case.
Do you travel outside Winnipeg?
Yes. We serve Winnipeg and most of Manitoba. Travel is free within Winnipeg and up to 30 km beyond the Perimeter; beyond that it’s $2.50 per km (one way), per event day. Events outside Manitoba are by inquiry.
